The McCormick Building with it’s location provides close proximity to Lake Michigan, Millennium Park, The Art Institute of Chicago, Orchestra Hall, the University Club, the Palmer House Hotel, the Chicago Athletic Club and the Chicago Club within a few blocks of the property. Access to almost all modes of transportation with few feet or couple of blocks (Metra, all CTA lines and direct access to almost all major city arteries and expressways), and with plenty of parking. The spectacular ceiling in the building’s 1st floor lobby truly provides a distinctive character to the property. The terrazzo lobby floor, bronze elevator doors embossed with the building logo and Tennessee pink polished marble pillars add to a feeling of rich sophistication. The building floor plate is a U-shaped structure around an open interior court. Holibard & Roche designed the building (1910) with large windows closely set together to maximize the window line. This design puts primary importance on light resulting in office space with abundant natural light. Approximately 50% of the office space is “view space” with unobstructed views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan.

There is also free coffee and access to on-site events sponsored by the tenants.
