New Diversity Program in Istanbul

I am proud to announce my Operating Advisory role with the Ventourage Diversity team managed by Technolera, a Venture Building co-foundry located in Istanbul, Turkey. In this new role and capacity our Startup Port Team of Subject Matter Experts and Operating Advisors will support to our Ventourage Diversity Program partners and counterparts in preparing, on-boarding and launching selected Diversity Program startups in Chicago for their US journey.

We are excited to mention that this one of a kind program is sponsored by the European Fund For South East Europe (EFSE) and The Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KADIGER)

Ventourage® Diversity is a venture building program managed by Technolera. Its tailor-made curriculum is dedicated to building teams with turbo-charged diversity. It explores hidden high potential under-represented entrepreneurs such as female and young entrepreneurs. The program is designed for potential entrepreneurs who want to create an impact that aims financial growth and sustainability. With multi-faceted benefits for society at large, for entrepreneurs, for corporations, for local diversity ecosystems and for investors.

The qualified Entrepreneurs In Residence (EIR) will work with Technolera Labs in close collaboration with corporates in order to develop, launch, scale, and be a stakeholder in next-gen unicorns. They will receive academic courses and Technolera Labs services for free.

The 12 months Venture Building program includes offline/online training and workshops mentored by subject matter experts. They will have full support on finding the right business model, product design, investment readiness measurement, business development, sales, growth, monitoring, and go-to market strategies.

They will also have access to multistage corporate venture capital, super angels, angel networks, earmarked funds. Having been measured their investment readiness, demo days in which startups showcase their business to prospective investors, corporates and the entire startup community will be scheduled. The startups that meet certain KPIs will receive multi-level funding.

Upon graduation, the successful startups which survive the Demo-days will be able to present themselves and experience corporate networking & global start-up culture in Amsterdam, Dubai, and Chicago.
